Get to Know Bob
I am Kansas native, was transplanted to Missouri, and wound up in Salida, Colorado where I married a Salida native, had a son and have resided for the last 35 years.
I have lived and worked full time in this valley for 35 years. I have been married for 30 years and have one grown son. I have owned or boarded horses for 34 years, own rental property, and own a brush hog business.
My previous career was as an ASE certified master auto technician for 28 years which I left for health reasons. I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, bow hunting, dirt biking, snowmobiling, fishing, boating, shooting, bicycling, sightseeing and most of the things this area has to offer.
My wife owns a business she has operated for the last 29 years here in Salida as well as managing to be a mother and community and church volunteer. How does she do it! My son is on staff at UCCS in the IT Department.
One of the reasons I chose to become a Realtor was that I had been through the property buy-sell process several times myself and understand how NOT TO treat clients. You need someone who is honest, and hardworking who puts your needs first.
